EPOXY FLOORING INSTALLER/CONCRETE GRINDING AND POLISHING

All Finish Concrete is in search of a Concrete Grinding and Polishing/Epoxy Floor Installer who can function well as part of a team. We offer great pay, vacation, benefit packages, and 401 (K).

QUALIFICATIONS

• Authorization to work in the United States
• Must have own transportation to and from a job site and be at the job site working by given starting time
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.

JOB DUTIES

• Prepare floors for a variety of processes
• Ability to set up, maintain, and clean equipment and tools
• Perform basic inspections of equipment i.e. electrical connections
• Sweep, mop, squeegee, and scrape floors
• Grinding concrete surfaces with large walk-behind grinders or hand grinders
• Drill or cut out concrete imperfections to prepare the area for patching
• Operate hand sprayers to seal concrete
• Pour, mix, and work with various chemical solvents
• Notify the Supervisor when equipment needs repair or maintenance

OTHER DUTIES

• Perform other duties as assigned Communicate respectfully with co-workers and management
• Ability to back up trucks with trailers
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment Willingness to learn

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Lift up to 30lbs frequently, 50lbs occasionally and 100lbs rarely Walk, stand, bend, twist/turn, kneel, crouch, sit, and reach overhead regularly
• Able to work in a loud work environment
• Grasp various hand tools as necessary
• Ability to wear a respirator
